Ghita Utoyo is an accomplished professional with her passion in people development and creativity. Her experience includes over 14 years in leadership and people development areas; combined with 8 years in marketing communication, retail, and distribution sectors. After her professional journey in Sydney – Australia, Ghita returned to Indonesia and lead Business Development team of a Prominent Advertising Agency, then switch as A Senior Consultant & Certified Master Trainer for Leadership Development System.
Ghita is currently an Independent Professional Coach, Trainer, and Speaker in People Development Strategy & Interactive Learning – which is part of the contribution dedicated by Ghita Utoyo and Associates for the past 10 years, by 2021 and more decades to come.
